  • Provide the Client logistical plans for how deliverables will work for their Company regarding the service provider(s) under consideration
  • Provide access to client interviews of service providers whenever permitted and appropriate
  • Negotiate special terms for client with providers if/when required by client
  • When requested, act as liaison for the integration process between service provider and Client

Schedule for Consulting Period

  • Contract Duration: 90 Calendar Days Agreement’s Start Date
  • Up to 3 hours of Voice or Video Meeting Time
  • Up to 2 hours of Q&A Sessions
  • Up to 2 Hours of Management Coaching
  • 12 Weekly Email Progress Evaluation Reports

Description of Deliverables

1st Meeting

Should happen within 48 hours of Agreement Acceptance and last up to an hour

  • Discussion of DDS Deliverables
  • Overview of the Client’s Deliverables
  • Provide Client with Consulting Questionnaire
  • Establishing Goals & Minimum Standards for Consultation

2nd Meeting

Scheduled time best for Client and DDS after 45 days to evaluate results

  • Evaluation of Results produced by the DDS Consultancy
  • Discussion of Goals & Objectives for the next 45 Days

3rd & Final Meeting

Scheduled time best for Client and DDS and last up to an hour

  • Discussion of Progress Achieved after 45 Days
  • Discussion of what the Client wants to achieve post DDS consultancy

Q&A Sessions

Scheduled time best for Client and DDS and last up to an hour

  • Provide the Client in-depth details & analysis on the 3 to 5 best service providers

Management Coaching

Should happen within 48 hours of Agreement Acceptance and last up to an hour

  • Assist Client with decision on: White-Label, Turnkey or In-House Sportsbook

12 Weekly Email Progress Evaluation Reports
